At The Fitness Room you can be assured to receive a warm welcome, where, on your first visit, you will have a health and fitness assessment and also discuss your own personal goals. Regardless of age or current fitness level, Nicky will provide a customised service where your fitness programme is designed specifically for you to enable you to reach your goals safely and effectively and under her guidance.

As Nicky also holds a qualification in Advanced Nutrition for Weight Management, she will be there to offer advice on nutrition, weight management and making lifestyle changes to help you feel great! So, whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, reducing body fat, training for an event or competition, or even if you just need that extra motivational push to reach your goal, you can be sure of a training programme that suits you. Personal training is just that – personal to you!

At The Fitness Room we use an online food journal for as long as necessary until each client is confident with keeping on track with your nutritional needs.​
